CELEBRATING CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK AT NRS DT SACCO, WITH STYLE, SMILES, AND SUPPORT FOR YOUR BIZNA!

At NRS DT SACCO, our members are at the heart of everything we do and this year’s Customer Service Week was a vibrant reminder of that. With the Customer Service Week slogan being Mission; Possible and over 12,000+ members and growing, we took the time to celebrate, connect, and appreciate the people who make NRS DT SACCO a strong, reliable financial partner: you, our members.

A Week Full of Colour, Energy & Member Appreciation

From Monday to Thursday, each day brought something special:

  • Monday kicked off with an air of professionalism, our staff dressed in official attire, ready to serve with excellence.
  • On Tuesday, we took a trip down memory lane with a fun school outfit theme, reminding us of the roots of service and learning.
  • Wednesday saw a proud display of unity with staff donning NRS-branded shirts, showcasing the spirit of our SACCO.
  • Thursday was a celebration of culture and colour in beautiful African wear, wrapping up the week with warmth and heritage.
  • Though Friday was a public holiday, the energy and joy from the week lingered across our branches.

Each of our branches was beautifully decorated in our brand colours, bringing a festive and welcoming environment for members. We also sweetened the experience, literally with candies and sweets for both staff and members, adding a little extra joy to every interaction. We also recognized Kikuyu Branch Manager Monica Kimisoi and our customer service executive Praise Shiro as the best performing members of staff.
